Ballot Measure Analyses
 
A.R.S. section 19-124(B) requires the Arizona Legislative Council to prepare impartial analyses of ballot measures, which are then included in the publicity pamphlet published by the Secretary of State.  Below are links to copies of the ballot proposition analyses adopted by the members of the Legislative Council at a public meeting on July 7, 2008.
