32-2029. Fees

The board shall establish and collect fees of not more than:

1. $300 for an application for an original license. This fee is nonrefundable.

2. $300 for a certificate of renewal of a license.

3. $300 for an application for reinstatement of licensure.

4. $50 for each duplicate license.
