Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:

"Section 1.  Title 41, chapter 4.1, article 5, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-860.01, to read:

START_STATUTE41-860.01.  State nickname

"The Grand Canyon state" is the OFFICIAL state nickname."  END_STATUTE

Amend title to conform
