AN ACT
Amending section 13-3608, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to family offenses.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 13-3608, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
13-3608. Incest; classification
A. Persons who are A person who is at least eighteen or more years of age and are who knowingly intermarries or who knowingly commits fornication or adultery with another person who is within the degrees of consanguinity within which marriages are declared by law to be incestuous and void, who knowingly intermarry with each other, or who knowingly commit fornication or adultery with each other are is guilty of incest.
B. Incest is a class 2 felony if the other person is a minor who is under fifteen years of age. Incest is a class 3 felony if the other person is a minor who is at least fifteen years of age. Incest is a class 4 felony if the other person is at least eighteen years of age.
