AN ACT
Amending title 35, chapter 1, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 35‑113.02; relating to state expenditures.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 35, chapter 1, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 35-113.02, to read:
35-113.02. Report of fund sources and expenditures
The governor's office and each budget unit shall submit a monthly report to the joint legislative budget committee that includes detailed information regarding all sources of monies received to date for the current fiscal year, the purposes for which the monies have been or will be expended and caseloads for each population for which the monies are intended to provide services. The governor's office and each budget unit may choose to post the information required in this section on the office's or budget unit's official website on a daily basis instead of submitting a monthly report to the joint legislative budget committee. If the governor's office or a budget unit chooses to post the information online, the office or budget unit shall notify in writing the joint legislative budget committee of this decision.
