AN ACT
amending title 38, chapter 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding article 5; relating to insurance coverage for state employees.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 38, chapter 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding article 5, to read:
Article 5. Other Insurance Coverage
38-671. Procurement of insurance; legal services; identity theft
The department of administration shall procure prepaid legal services insurance coverage and identity theft protection insurance coverage for all full‑time officers and employees of this state and its departments and agencies who pay for the insurance.
