AN ACT
amending title 38, chapter 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding article 5; relating to identity theft.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 38, chapter 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding article 5, to read:
ARTICLE 5. IDENTITY THEFT PROTECTION
38-671. Identity theft protection or prevention services
The department of administration shall issue a request for proposal for identity theft protection or prevention services and make identity theft protection or prevention services available to all full-time officers and employees of this state and its departments and agencies. Public monies shall not be expended to pay all or any part of the premium of the identity theft protection insurance coverage.
