AN ACT

 

Making appropriations for the relief of named claimants.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation for relief of named claimants; basis of claims

A.  The payment of the sums appropriated by this section is in full satisfaction of the claims described in this section.

B.  The sum of $360.00 is appropriated from the state general fund to the department of administration for payment of a claim made against the department of administration by the following claimant and in the following amount:

C.  The sum of $3,904.00 is transferred from the risk management fund to the state general fund and appropriated from the state general fund to the department of administration for payment of claims made against the department of administration  by the following claimants and in the following amounts:
