AN ACT
amending section 20‑1679, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to cancellation or nonrenewal of commercial insurance.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 20-1679, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
20-1679. Application and effective date
This article applies only to policies with coverage effective dates that are after the effective date of this article May 21, 1986.
