AN ACT

 

amending section 32-1233, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to dentistry.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 32-1233, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE32-1233.  Applicants for licensure; examination requirements

An applicant for licensure shall have passed all of the following:

1.  Parts I and II of the national dental board examinations.

2.  The western regional examining board examination within five years preceding filing the application.

3.  The Arizona dental jurisprudence examinations examination.
