prescribing appropriations to the commission for postsecondary education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; commission for postsecondary education; postsecondary education grant program

The sum of $___________________ is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2012-2013 to the commission for postsecondary education for costs associated with the postsecondary education grant program established pursuant to section 15‑1855, Arizona Revised Statutes.

Sec. 2.  Appropriation; commission for postsecondary education; private postsecondary education student financial assistance program

The sum of $___________________ is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2012-2013 to the commission for postsecondary education for costs associated with the private postsecondary education student financial assistance program established by section 15‑1854, Arizona Revised Statutes.
