AN ACT
Amending title 36, chapter 29, Article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 36‑2923.01; relating to the Arizona health care cost containment system.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 36, chapter 29, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 36-2923.01, to read:
36-2923.01. Employees of large employers; reimbursement for services; definition
A. Pursuant to rules adopted by the administration, if a member who receives services pursuant to this article is employed by an employer who employs at least one hundred employees collectively in this state, that employer must reimburse the administration for the cost of those services.
B. For the purposes of this section, "employed" means full‑time or part‑time employment.
