AN ACT
Amending title 17, chapter 3, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 17-305; relating to game and fish.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 17, chapter 3, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 17-305, to read:
17-305. Possession of other weapons
The possession of a weapon used for taking wildlife does not preclude, and the commission shall not prohibit, the possession of other legal weapons or devices as long as the other weapons or devices are not used to take wildlife in the hunt.
