amending section 35‑513, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to federal income tax considerations.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 35-513, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE35-513.  Rebate set‑aside; authorization

The state treasurer or the treasurer of any political subdivision may set aside such amounts as may be directed by the governing body or that may in such treasurer's discretion be sufficient to meet potential rebate requirements. END_STATUTE
