AN ACT
amending section 15‑1879, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to college savings plans.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 15-1879, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
15-1879. Annual report
The commission shall submit an annual report to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate and the governor by February March 1 that summarizes the commission's findings and recommendations concerning the program established by this article.
