AN ACT

 

Making an appropriation to the department of economic security for distribution to the Navajo Nation for master planning.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; master plan; chapter house; exemption

A.  The sum of $7,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2012-2013 to the department of economic security for distribution to the Navajo Nation to secure professional services for the master plan of the Tsaile/Wheatfields chapter house tract.

B.  The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
