“(d) a joint technical education district program that is offered by a joint technical education district as defined by section 15-391.”

Page 5, line 39, strike “or if it” insert a comma

Line 41, after “education” insert “or is a joint technical education district program that is offered by a joint technical education district as defined by Section 15-391”
