Line 4, strike “GRANDPARENT MEETS ALL THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS” insert
“all of the following are true”

Line 10, strike the quotations marks insert a period

Between lines 10 and 11, insert:

“4. the grandparent or great-grandparent is legally present in the united states.

5.  the dependent child is legally present in the united states’”
