FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
The Griffin Floor Amendment does the following:
· requires the secured trust property to have served as the trustor's primary residence for a combined total of at least two years in the past five years leading up to the date the trust property is sold.
· removes the proposed exemption of trustee's sales and makes technical and conforming changes.
