 Modifies the permissible deductions from a public employee’s paycheck as follows:

a)      Adds deductions for disability benefits, and

b)      Adds deductions for tax-sheltered or tax deferred income.

 

Removes language regarding deductions for contributions related to certain separate segregated funds.
