FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

The Driggs Floor Amendment to SB 1233 clarifies that surviving co-owners of an interest in a limited liability company (LLC) held with the right of survivorship have the rights of an assignee with respect to the interest, unless and until the co-owner is admitted as a member to the LLC.
