"BOARD CERTIFIED MUSIC THERAPIST" MEANS A PERSON WHO HAS COMPLETED THE EDUCATION AND CLINICAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS ESTABLISHED BY THE AMERICAN MUSIC THERAPY ASSOCIATION, HAS PASSED THE CERTIFICATION BOARD FOR MUSIC THERAPISTS CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION OR TRANSITIONED INTO BOARD CERTIFICATION, AND REMAINS ACTIVELY CERTIFIED BY THE CERTIFICATION BOARD FOR MUSIC THERAPISTS.
2. "DIRECTOR" MEANS THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES."

e. THE CERTIFICATION ESTABLISHED BY THIS CHAPTER ENDS ON JULY 1, 2019 PURSUANT TO SECTION 41-3102.
Sec. 2. Exemption from rule making
For the purposes of this act, the department of health services
is exempt from the rule making requirements for title 41, chapter 6, Arizona
Revised Statutes, for one year after the effective date of this
act."
