FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
The Griffin Floor Amendment modifies the manner in which the abandonment may occur and it specifies that a notice must be posted at or in the vicinity of the proposed abandonment and mailed to the affected parties. The amendment stipulates non-objection is deemed as consent.
