Page 1, line 18, strike "GOVERNMENT SPONSORED MEETINGS," insert "GOVERNMENT-SPONSORED"

Line 23, after "A" strike remainder of line insert "GOVERNMENT-SPONSORED FORUM OR DEBATE."

Between lines 43 and 44, insert:

"1. 'government-sponsored forum or debate' means any event, or part of an event or meeting, in which the government is an official sponsor, which is open to the public or to invited members of the public, and whose purpose is to inform the public about an issue or proposition that is before the voters."

Renumber to conform

Page 2, line 22, strike "GOVERNMENT SPONSORED MEETINGS," insert "government-sponsored"

Line 27, after "A" strike remainder of line insert "GOVERNMENT-SPONSORED FORUM OR DEBATE."

Page 3, between lines 4 and 5, insert:
