Page 1, after line 3, insert:

"Sec. 2.  Override revenue control limit for fiscal years 2013-2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016

In fiscal years 2013-2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016, for the purposes of sections 15-481 and 15-482, Arizona Revised Statutes, and for overrides approved before January 1, 2014, if kindergarten pupils are counted as fractional students, "revenue control limit" means an adjusted revenue control limit calculated using a weighted student count that includes the following Group B weight for kindergarten pupils only:

1.  For fiscal year 2013-2014, 1.352.

2.  For fiscal year 2014-2015, 0.901.

3.  For fiscal year 2015-2016, 0.451."
