AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
The Yarbrough
Floor Amendment specifies that the incumbent will be placed on both the
recall primary election ballot and the recall general election ballot,
regardless of whether the incumbent wins the primary. Clarifies that the other
candidates must be nominated to be voted on at the recall primary and will be
included on the recall general election ballot if they win the recall primary.
