FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
The Shooter Floor Amendment suspends the time that AHCCCS has to file a collection action for fraudulent claims, in either event:
1. after any administrative action arising out of wrongful acts is commenced and until the action’s final resolution; or
2. the state and AHCCCS had no knowledge, or should not have been reasonably expected to know, that the fraud occurred.

Page 2, line 18, after "tolled" insert "either:
1."; strike the first "the" insert "any"; after "action" insert "arising out of or referencing the wrongful acts"
Between lines 19 and 20, insert:
"2. while the state and the administration did not know, and with the exercise of reasonable diligence, should not have known, that a claim was false, fraudulent, or not provided as claimed."
