• Requires a leased centralized  campus  Joint Technical Education District to enroll students from multiple high schools and lease a facility at fair market value if the lease is executed for a facility located on the site of a member district in order for increased Average Daily Membership.

 

• Exempts leases executed prior to January 1, 2013, rather than leases executed by the bill’s effective date, from review by the Joint Committee on Capital Review.
