FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

 

            The Yarbrough Floor Amendment stipulates that the provisions of the bill apply to any governing instrument regardless of whether it was executed before or after the effective date of the bill.

Page 1, line 6, strike "definition" insert "definitions"

After line 40, insert:

"Sec. 2.  Applicability

Section 14-10206, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, applies to any governing instrument regardless of whether it was executed before or after the effective date of this act."
