Page 2, line 6, after "stayed" insert "except that on motion of a party, the court may permit discovery proceedings to continue during the pendency of the appeal"
Between lines 8 and 9, insert:
"Sec. 2. Applicability
Title 12, chapter 10, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, applies only to causes of action that are filed after the effective date of this act."
