"Sec. 2.  State public trail accessibility

It is the policy of this state that the use of all-terrain vehicles on public trails is determined by the width of the vehicle and not the type of vehicle provided that such vehicles meet the requirements of all-terrain vehicles, as defined in section 28-101, Arizona Revised Statutes."

Amend title to conform
