Mr. Speaker:

Your Committee on Rules reports that it has had under consideration

            HOUSE BILL 2483

and respectfully recommends that the bill be amended as follows:

Page 572, after line 11, insert:

Sec. 430.  Conditional enactment

Sections 9-282 and 37-237, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act, do not become effective unless the Constitution of Arizona is amended by vote of the people at the next regular general election to permit public notice required by the provisions of Article 10, Section 3 and Article 13, Section 2, Constitution of Arizona,   in a public medium.

Amend title to conform

and as so amended, in the opinion of this Committee the bill is constitutional and in proper form.
