Page 8, line 5, after "0.75" insert "and the sum of the average daily membership, as provided in section 15-901, subsection a, paragraph 1, of a pupil who is enrolled in both the member district and joint technical education district courses provided at a facility leased and operated by a joint technical education district shall be no more than 1.75"

Amend title to conform

and, as so amended, it do pass
