Page 1, line 27, after "by" insert "either"

Page 2, strike lines 1 and 2 insert:

"(a) the public regulatory body or agency that licenses the health professional, if authorized by law to confer specialty status.

(b) a private organization or entity that establishes standards of education, training and experience for specialty status recognized by either a national association of the particular health profession or the public regulatory body or agency that licenses the health professional.'"
