Page 5, line 41, after the period insert "the subtraction under this paragraph is in lieu of the subtraction allowed under paragraph 2, subdivision (a) of this section.
Sec. 2. Retroactivity
Section 43-1022, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act, is effective retroactively to taxable years beginning from and after December 31, 2012."
