AN ACT
amending Title 38, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 38‑603; relating to state employee wages.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 38, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 38-603, to read:
38-603. Payment of wages; required information
At the time of paying wages, this state shall provide a state employee a statement of the employee's earnings, withholdings and employer paid taxes and benefits.
