AN ACT

 

Amending section 32-1285, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to dental hygienists.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 32-1285, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE32-1285.  Applicants for licensure; examination requirements

An applicant for licensure shall have passed all of the following:

1.  The national dental hygiene board examination.

2.  The western regional examining board examination Within five years preceding filing the application, an examination administered by an agency approved by the board.

3.  The Arizona dental jurisprudence examination. END_STATUTE
