AN ACT

 

Making a supplemental appropriation to the independent redistricting commission.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Supplemental appropriation; independent redistricting commission; use of fiscal year 2013‑2014 appropriation

A.  In addition to any other monies appropriated in fiscal year 2012‑2013 to the independent redistricting commission, the sum of $635,226 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2012-2013 to the independent redistricting commission.

B.  The independent redistricting commission may use the commission's fiscal year 2013-2014 appropriation to pay obligations incurred in fiscal year 2012-2013.
