AN ACT

 

making an appropriation to the department of education for ADULT education programs.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; adult education programs

The sum of $4,600,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2013-2014 to the department of education for the purpose of providing adult education programs.
