Page 2, strike lines 6 and 7, insert:

"Sec. 3.  Section 35-505, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

 START_STATUTE35-505.  Industrial development debt report

This article does not apply to corporations formed pursuant to chapters 5 and 6 of this title shall deliver to the department of revenue on or before june 30 of each year an outstanding revenue bonds report describing both the aggregate principal amount of revenue bonds issued by the corporation during the previous fiscal year and the total outstanding principal balance of all revenue bonds issued by the corporation as of july 1 of the current fiscal yearSTART_STATUTE."
