Page 1, between lines 1 and 2, insert:
"Section 1. Title 15, chapter 4, article 5, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-494, to read:
15-494. Bond elections; signs supporting the issuance of bonds
Notwithstanding any other law, any sign that exceeds an area of one hundred forty‑four inches and that is in support of the proposed issuance of bonds pursuant to this chapter shall include, in lettering that is equal to the largest lettering used in that sign, the estimated average cost to the entities within the school district that will be paying that cost as a result of the proposed issuance of these bonds."
