Page 2, line 12, after "PATIENTS" insert "with whom the doctor has an already established doctor-patient relationship and"

Line 14, after the period insert "for purposes of this paragraph, "patient" means a person who is not a resident of this state and who is an athlete or a professional entertainer."

Amend title to conform
