SENATE AMENDMENTS TO S.B. 1032

(Reference to printed bill)

 

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:

"Section 1.  Title 9, chapter 4, article 8, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 9-500.32, to read:

START_STATUTE9-500.32.  Municipal courts; monies transfer; restrictions

A city or town may not transfer monies from a municipal court to any other department after the adoption of the final budget unless the governing body of the city or town approves the transfer.END_STATUTE"

Amend title to conform
