Page 1, between lines 18 and 19, insert:
"6. One member of the county board of supervisors or their designee from a county with a population of more than two million persons, who is appointed by the governor.
7. One person who represents a statewide association of county supervisors, who is appointed by the governor.
8. One person who represents a statewide association of county governments, who is appointed by the governor.
9. One person who represents an Indian tribe in this state, who is appointed by the governor."
