Page 1, between lines 1 and 2, insert:
"Section 1. Title 16, chapter 6, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-916.02, to read:
16-916.02. Filing officers; campaign committee officers; prohibition; exception
A. A filing officer and any employee of that filing officer shall not serve as an officer or honorary officer of a political committee if that political committee is required to file its campaign finance statements, designations and reports with that filing officer as prescribed by section 16-916.
B. This section does not apply to and a filing officer may lawfully serve as an officer in the filing officer's own candidate campaign committee."
