Page 9, line 36, strike "full set of fingerprints" insert "sworn affidavit that the applicant obtained a criminal background check that complies with the federal fair credit reporting act (15 united states code section 1681) for each alarm agent that results without a conviction of any crime that is listed in section 32-122.07. the alarm agent must file the affidavit and the background check of each alarm agent"
