Line 23, after the period, insert "The evaluation and development of standards conducted pursuant to subsection A shall be done in cooperation with court administration, probation departments, prosecutors, defense attorneys and other mental health stakeholders."
Sec. 2. Conditional enactment; notice
A. This act does not become effective unless the administrative office of the courts receives an appropriation for the implementation of the evaluation on or before the effective date of this act.
B. The administrative office of the court shall notify in writing the director of the Arizona legislative council of the date on which the condition is met or if the condition is not met."
