FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
Removes sections stipulating that agencies shall not assess rental fees on departments if they are not responsible for the operation, alteration, renovation and security of the building.
Makes the automation projects fund nonlapsing, retroactive to July 1, 2013.
Stipulates deposits into the web portal fund do not include fees collected for deposit in HURF.

"Sec. 10. Automation projects fund; retroactivity
A. The department of administration may spend any monies above $5,300,000 remaining on June 30, 2013 in the automation projects fund established by section 41‑714, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act, in fiscal year 2013‑2014 for the purposes specified in section 41‑714, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act.
B. Subsection A of this section is effective retroactively to from and after June 30, 2013.
C. Section 41‑714, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act, applies retroactively to from and after June 30, 2013."
