FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

 

 

S.B. 1339 allows doctors to prescribe medications following a mental health or physical examination performed through telemedicine.  The Ward Floor Amendment prohibits written certification for medical marijuana to be obtained by examinations performed via telemedicine.
