Page 7, line 15, after the period insert "Every three years the committee of reference responsible for the oversight of retirement issues shall review the compensation limit established pursuant to this subsection to determine whether the limit should be increased. The committee of reference shall oversee the preparation of legislation to carry out the recommendation of the committee."
